Bridges 2 Advocacy: The Non-Profit

Our non-profit mission to serve families through advocacy, education, and resources.

At Bridges 2 Advocacy, our nonprofit branch exists to make sure every family — regardless of income, background, or complexity of need — has access to meaningful special education advocacy and community resources.

We know that navigating the disability system is overwhelming. It’s even harder when families face financial barriers, lack of information, or limited access to local supports. That’s where our nonprofit work begins.

What We Do Through the Nonprofit:

  • Offer no-cost or sliding scale advocacy support to qualifying families

  • Host free community workshops and trainings on IEPs, disability rights, and transitions

  • Connect families with local and state resources, from therapy and respite to food and housing supports

  • Partner with other organizations to bring more services to underserved areas

  • Advocate for systemic change in schools and communities through education and outreach

Who We Serve

We focus on underserved and underrepresented families navigating special education — especially those facing complex behaviors, autism diagnoses, or challenging transitions from school to adulthood.
